No. Every NorthLens Studio package is a one-time purchase. There is no monthly or annual subscription, no membership and no automatic renewal.
What happens after payment?
Stripe confirms your payment, you are returned to a verified confirmation page showing your package, amount and order reference, and NorthLens Studio then sends your digital access or setup instructions to the email you entered during Checkout.
Does the website contain a customer login?
No. This website is a product information, support and checkout website. It does not include registration, a login area, a dashboard or cloud project storage.
How is digital access delivered?
Digital access instructions, files or setup information are sent by email to the address entered during Stripe Checkout, after payment has been verified.
Can I upgrade to a larger package?
Yes. Contact NorthLens Studio with your order reference and requirements, and an upgrade or a separate quotation can be arranged.
